Your package will be delivered based on processing time plus shipping time.

• Processing time:  1-2 Business Days
• Priority Mail Shipping:  1-3 Business Days*

* USPS stated delivery times for Priority Mail service. 

Shipping Fees & Processing Time

Shipping is fast with Sass Boutique! Shipping cost is currently $7.00, except for select items that are shipped separately. Currently, we only offer Priority Mail shipping.

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow up to 2 days processing time. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 12 PM Eastern Time will be begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your item has been shipped. 

Please ensure that your shipping address and email address are entered correctly. We will not be responsible for delays due to incorrect information provided. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the sale price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee.

Delayed Shipping

Once shipped, in the least likely event that your package is delayed - please contact the shipping carrier. Please hold onto your tracking number and follow up with USPS for any information related to shipping or delivery of your package(s). Sass Boutique is not responsible for delayed packages.

Sass Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel customers order(s) at any time due to irregular or excessive returns history, or potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
